Channeling the Magician

Staring at a blank canvas or page can be intimidating and sometimes paralyzing. Knowing where and how to begin is a huge hurdle that can prevent us from expressing ourselves. But if we view creativity not as something we have but as something that moves through us, all we need to do is open ourselves to that creative flow and the rest will happen organically.
In this workshop, Caitlin will guide you through a series of practices that will teach you to make like the Magician, channel divine inspiration and manifest it into *art that comes from your most authentic self.
*any creative expression including (but not limited to) visual art, dance, poetry, creative writing and music.
During this workshop, you will:

Co-create a sacred container: setting the stage for creativity to flow is a crucial first step! We will begin by building a group altar, setting and sharing our intentions

Learn from the wisdom of the Magician: what lessons does this enigmatic card have to teach us about tapping into creativity?

Experience conscious movement: shed mental and physical tension and tap into a more fluid and open way of being

Be guided through writing and art exercises: tap into your unconscious self with exercises designed to open the creative floodgate and generate ideas

Have time, space and materials to create

Share your experience and creation
